Biography

CJ Sanders is ten years old and is in the forth grade. Ever since he was a baby, he’s been advanced and was always pushing to go that extra step. He started to crawl at five months and was walking at ten months. Ever since then he has never looked back. His parents got CJ involved in soccer, tee-ball, and swimming at the age of three. His mom remembers when CJ would get up every morning and ask what was on his schedule for the day. She knew right then he needed to stay busy all the time. His mom can’t even remember a day when CJ took a nap, past the age of one.

From day one CJ excelled in all of his activities and always tried to help the other kids around him improve. He always enjoyed being a leader and encouraging the other kids. His mother remembers a game where CJ set up a goal just so another little kid could score. After the little boy scored, CJ jumped on his back, imitating what his dad did when someone on his NFL team would score. CJ likes to bring a little NFL to all that he does. It is a blessing for CJ to have his dad, a former NFL player, as one of his biggest fans on and off the football field. It is also a blessing that his father is not only recognized on the field, but off the field due to his giving spirit.

Now CJ is playing football and is the quarterback. His favorite player is Michael Vick. He has been referred to as a little Michael Vick since he took his team to the championship. He ran track this past year and was the anchor of the 4x100 relay team which went undefeated and eventually won the championship. He also won the championship in the 100 for the seven and eight-year-old boys.

CJ decided that he wants to be a leader on and off the field and he also wants to make a difference to all kids in the world. CJ started modeling and acting at the age of three. He got involved in the acting industry because he watched what his mom did, who also acts.. “I was pursuing acting in Hollywood first,” said his Mom, “then I got the call that they were looking for a little boy to play Ray Charles. At first I said no because I was in LA and they wanted him to go to Atlanta to audition. I didn’t want him to go on his first major audition without me. Well, about six months passed and they called again and this time I was told that putting him on tape was an option. My Mom took him to an acting coach for two days and then she sent in the tape.”

CJ has been treated very nicely by the industry and there are many bright things ahead of him
